About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Ixhuatlan, Veracruz, Mexico, produced by farmers around Ixhuatlan and Camilo Merizalde at 1100–1750 m. The beans are Red Bourbon variety processed using a Natural Roll Process (“Taco”), producing tasting notes of orange blossom, mango, fig, nougat and sugar. Light roasted, this lot emphasizes bright, sweet fruit and confectionary aromatics suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
