A fully washed coffee from Finca Monte Azul in the Huatusco region of Mexico, grown at 1,100–1,300 meters above sea level. The farm benefits from rich biodiversity and natural forest surroundings. The coffee is a blend of Catimor and Bourbon varieties. Flavor notes include white floral, hazelnut, molasses, and cinnamon, with a bright, clean, and rounded character. Pairs well with milk-based drinks and performs well as espresso.
