This single-origin coffee is produced by Gloria Hernández and Samuel Ronzón at Microbeneficio La Joya in Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Veracruz, Mexico. Grown at 1,420 meters, this Costa Rica 95 variety undergoes a 140-hour fermentation and oxidation process in sealed bags, followed by 20 days of drying on raised African beds in a forced-ventilation tunnel. The cup profile features notes of black cherry, hazelnut, milk chocolate, and rhubarb, offering a clean and well-structured experience.
