This single-origin coffee is sourced from small producers in the Huila Department of Colombia, grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2100 meters. It is a Pink Bourbon variety that undergoes a washed process followed by a sugarcane Natural EA decaffeination method. The flavor profile features rich panela sweetness, milk chocolate, raisin, roasted almond, and vanilla, with a mellow lemon acidity on the finish. It is a medium-roasted coffee with a plush, moreish mouthfeel.
