A half-caffeinated blend combining Swiss Water decaf with seasonally rotating fully caffeinated lots from various small-lot producers. The decaf portion is processed using Swiss Water (chemical-free) method, and the caffeinated portion uses a washed process. The blend is whole bean and designed for balance — enough body to take milk and enough clarity to drink black. Tasting notes include frosted molasses cookie, maple, crème brûlée, and Snickers bar, with a creamy, sweet, and gently spiced profile.
