Single‑origin coffee from Los Tres Potros, Apaneca‑Llamatepec, El Salvador (1,500 m). The lot is Cuscatleco (also described alongside SL‑28 varietal notes), natural processed on raised beds (≈14 days). In filter it shows vibrant fruit (blackberry, pomegranate, pink grapefruit, red grape), milk chocolate sweetness, a juicy body and a clean, long finish. Roast: Medium Light.

Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
