This coffee is a Caturra variety from the Samaipata region in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. It is a washed coffee produced by the Rodríguez family, who have been in partnership with the roaster since 2011.
Born in Melbourne in 2009, Market Lane Coffee was co-founded by Fleur Studd and Jason Scheltus to address the lack of fresh, traceable, high-quality coffee in Australia at the time.Their first shop was in Prahran Market, chosen to connect with a community that values quality, seasonality, and provenance.
