Lộc Rừng is a Vietnam-origin coffee produced by a microlot operation in Đưng K’nớ. The farms sit around 1,500 meters above sea level. It uses a carbonic maceration/an anaerobic washed processing method and features a blend of Catimor, Bup Tim, and Excelsa/Liberica varieties. Flavor notes include vanilla bean, black sesame, and tamarind.
