About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Llacta Pata farm in the Cusco region of Peru, specifically the Pacaybamba area of the Incahuasi Valley. Grown at an extreme altitude of 2,300 meters by producer Gilber Huayllas, this SL9 variety coffee is processed using a controlled dry honey fermentation method. The cup profile is clean and elegant, featuring notes of white tea, ripe peach, and fresh lime, complemented by subtle floral undertones and a long, sweet finish. The coffee is grown in volcanic soil, contributing to its complex and tea-like character.
