Las Nubes is a Black Honey processed Caturra from Las Nubes washing station in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, produced by Roberto Mata at 1750+ masl. Harvested February 2025, the coffee presents tasting notes of citrus and stonefruit with buttery, toffee and milk chocolate character. Roasted for filter brewing (Medium Light profile) and sold in roasted 200 g bags with roast profile and density data provided.
