It is produced by Oscar Daza with agroforestry practices on an 85-hectare farm at 1700 meters above sea level. The cultivar includes Castillo and Tabi as well as other varieties. Processing is semi-washed; the label emphasizes biodiversity, sustainability, and fair treatment of workers. Cupping notes include a full, rounded body with milk chocolate, cashew, apricot, and citrus.
