Evan Inatome and his brother in law Winston Justice, a former Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle, founded Elixr Coffee in 2010 on Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. Elixr specializes in lighter roasted coffees with a focus on sourcing quality, and holds Fair Trade and Organic certifications.
