This coffee is sourced from the La Esperanza farm in the Trujillo region of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,800 meters. It consists of mixed varieties and is processed using the natural method. The coffee features a medium roast profile with a bright, delicate acidity and a velvety, round body. Tasting notes include tamarind, cacao, and blackberries, with an aroma of red berries and cacao fruit.
Founded in late summer 2020 by Tuğba Cebe, Cebe Coffee Roasters entered Berlin's saturated specialty scene with remarkable confidence, establishing three locations across Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg while the pandemic still gripped the city. Their roasting philosophy centers on sustainability and traceability as cornerstones, but what truly sets them apart is their obsessive attention to comfort and design—each location crafted to foster community rather than just extract flavor. Operating with a team handpicked for their dedication and passion, they've created spaces where the furniture matters as much as the extraction parameters, challenging Berlin's tendency toward industrial minimalism.
