This organically produced coffee is from producer Juliana Guevara's farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. The farm is located at 1,800 meters altitude and grows Castillo and Colombia varieties. The coffee is washed processed and features an elegant, delicate profile with pronounced honey sweetness, sweet clementine citrus notes, rounded out with a silky body and cocoa butter mouthfeel finish.
