La Divina

About This Coffee

This is an SL28 variety coffee from La Divina Providencia farm in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, located in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range at 1700 meters altitude. The farm sits on the fertile volcanic slopes of Santa Ana volcano, originally planted in the late 19th century. Producer Roberto Ulloa, a fifth generation coffee farmer, has cultivated this land into a lush coffee forest. The coffee is washed processed and features a cup profile of dark chocolate, cranberry, and caramel, with clean and crisp characteristics reminiscent of Bourbon with enhanced red fruit notes.
