Natural processed coffee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically from the Sasha region around Lake Kivu in the Kalehe area. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,850-2,050 meters above sea level in volcanic soils rich in organic material. The coffee features Blue Mountain and Red Bourbon varieties. Hand-picked and processed directly on the farms, this coffee was harvested in February 2025. The tropical climate and high altitude contribute to its natural sweetness and rich flavor profile with notes of red berries, sweet caramel, and almond.
