Varieties include SL-28, SL-34, and Ruiru 11, processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include unrefined sugars, caramel, butter, coconut, grape, mandarin, grapefruit, and aromatic orange peel, with a bright citrus-forward acidity and sugarcane sweetness.
