Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does.
