About This Coffee

Kenya Kamavindi is a single-variety SL34 coffee from Kirinyaga County on Mount Kenya's southern foothills, grown at 1,600-1,800 meters altitude in rich volcanic soils. The washed coffee features a dense, full-bodied texture with flavor notes of aged tangerine peel, dark cherry, blackcurrant, dried cranberry, and hawthorn fruit candy, finishing with cedar. SL34 was originally selected in Kenya for exceptional cup quality and performs exceptionally well at higher elevations, producing coffees with pronounced clarity and layered sweetness.
