A red Bourbon coffee from Jorge Elias Rojas of Finca El Jardín in Colombia. This anaerobic washed coffee undergoes extended fermentation, resulting in a fruity, jammy, and juicy profile. The processing gives it the depth and sweetness of a natural coffee while maintaining washed coffee characteristics. Tasting notes include apple compote, raspberry coulis, and raisins with a rich and textured body.
