Jaguara is a Brazilian coffee from the Mantiqueira de Minas region, specifically from Cambuquira at 1,420 meters altitude. Produced by Natália Brito at Toca da Jaguara farm, this natural-processed blend combines Arara, Yellow Bourbon, and Guara varieties. The 2025 harvest coffee presents vibrant tropical fruit and cherry notes with herbal tea nuances and almond-like sweetness, featuring a smooth, rounded mouthfeel and distinctly Brazilian-style finish.
