Izuba Espresso is a Red Bourbon coffee grown around the Izuba washing station in the Kabarore area of Burundi. The coffee is hand-sorted, depulped, wet fermented, fully washed and dried on raised beds, producing a clean, fruit-forward espresso with notes of satsuma, violets, and dark sugars.
