Produced by Andre Tuang at the Tuang Coffee station, it consists of Yellow Caturra, Typica, and Kartika varieties. The beans undergo an Anaerobic Natural process involving darkroom fermentation. The flavor profile features notes of mandarins, milk chocolate, and linden blossom. This coffee is recommended for various filter brewing methods.
