A Mandheling coffee from Pandumaan in North Sumatra (Humbang Hasundutan) grown around 1500–1700 m. The lot combines Sigararutang, Typica and S-795 varieties and is processed using Sumatran wet hulling. Tasting notes include orange and grapefruit acidity, cherry and blueberry sweetness, and a lingering mango-caramel sweetness. Roasted light to emphasize brightness and fruit clarity; suitable for espresso and filter methods.
