This single-origin coffee is grown in the Toraja Highlands of Sulawesi, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1,000–1,400 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. It is a blend of Catimor and Typica hybrids processed using the traditional semi-washed (Giling Basah) method and decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. The cup offers a rich, syrupy body with flavor notes of vanilla gelato, orange rind, and blackberry, complemented by a long, smooth cocoa finish.
