The flavor profile features citrus notes, bergamot, soft florals, honeyed sweetness, and a lingering berry finish with a silky texture. The coffee is produced by smallholder farmers, with up to 88% of the coffee's value going directly back to them through Lulo Coffee's transparent supply chain model.

Founded in 2011 by Pamela Chng, Bettr Group became Singapore's first certified B Corporation in 2015 and consistently ranks in the global top five percent of B Corps for its workers pillar.
