This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from the Huye region of Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters. It is processed using the natural method at the Huye Mountain washing station. The flavor profile is reminiscent of blueberry yoghurt and orange candy, with tropical hints throughout. This coffee is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
