A robust espresso blend based on a natural-processed Brazil from Fazenda Matão and a washed Guatemala from Finca Pampojila. Varieties listed are Mundo Novo and Caturra, grown at elevations of 1,200–1,350 m and 1,400–1,700 m. The coffee is processed as Natural and Washed and roasted for espresso, offering full body with hazelnut and dark chocolate notes and a long finish.
Founded in 2015 by Tobias Stehle and Michael Menrad, District Five operates as Ingolstadt's first specialty coffee roastery. The production facility sits in nearby Manching. The roastery maintains direct relationships with South American producers and holds organic certification.
