Honey Haze Espresso is a single-origin coffee from Finca Hartmann in Panama, grown around 1300 m. The lot is mostly Caturra and is depulped, fermented, washed and dried. Tasting notes emphasize honey sweetness, hazelnut and orchard fruit with fruit cake and subtle orange nuances, plus nougat-like body and raisin/date complexity. Roasted for espresso with a creamy, rich mouthfeel.
