This Honduras coffee is a single-origin offering from La Tortuga, produced by Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera. Grown in Chinacla, La Paz at 1600–1700 m, it is a washed process with raised-bed drying. The Batian Kenyan cultivar (genetics including SL28, SL34, Sudan Rume) is grown under Honduran terroir and harvested Jan 2026–Apr 2026. Flavor notes highlighted on the page include Preserved Lemon, Baking Spice, and Magnolia. Roast level is listed as Bright.
