This coffee is an Anacafe 14 variety from Honduras, a cross between Catimor and Pacamara. It is grown by Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera in Marcala, La Paz, at 1500–1600 m, washed processed, and dried on raised beds. The cup notes include florals, citrus, and sweet melon, with a bright roast character.
