This is a washed single-origin coffee from Finca La Falda in the Intibucá region of Honduras. Producer Juan Montoya grows Bourbon on high-altitude land (1800 m). The coffee is processed washed, producing a clean cup with tasting notes including purple grapes, stone fruits, lychee, and tropical mango.
