Half Caff is a 50/50 blend combining Mexican coffee and Ethiopian Gedeb, roasted to a medium level. The blend is half decaffeinated and half regular Gedeb, processed washed. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, peach, black tea, and jasmine, producing a balanced cup with floral aromatics and medium body. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together.
