This fully washed coffee originates from the Shakiso area in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,100 meters. Produced by 310 smallholder farmers, the cherries are hand-picked and processed using modern eco-pulpers and a multi-channel fermentation system. The beans are fermented for 24 to 36 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for 10 to 14 days. This coffee features a clean profile with floral aromatics, stone fruit sweetness, and a sparkling citrus acidity, with distinct notes of yellow peach, lime, and raspberry iced tea.
