A sweet coffee from Finca San Lorenzo and Finca Santa Isabel in San Cristóbal, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Produced by Luis "Wicho" Valdés III, a third-generation coffee producer who has been leading the farms since 1999. The farm emphasizes sustainability, using terracing, organic material such as coffee pulp and earthworm compost, and hand-picking by approximately 500 seasonal workers during harvest (November–April). Roasted light to highlight sweet notes of orange chocolate, yellow apple, and raisin.
