This Guatemala Las Sonajas coffee comes from a collaboration of 16 producers growing coffee over 1,700 meters up the Agua Volcano, just outside Antigua. The profile notes a nectarine sweetness with a bright, lemon-bar tang and a delicate honey blossom floral finish. Easily drinkable with some complexity.
Cat and Cloud was founded in 2016 in Santa Cruz, California by Jared Truby, Chris Baca, and Charles Jack all former barista champions and coffee competition veterans. The roastery runs a Loring S15 Falcon.
