The washed processing and raised bed drying bring out a bright, tea-like clarity in the cup, with flavors of Maraschino cherry, green grape, and mandarin orange. The H17 variety, developed for disease resistance while preserving quality, contributes to the clean, lively body that works well across both espresso and filter brewing.
