This coffee is from Finca Las Brisas farm in Guatemala, owned by Marvin Carias. The farm was started in 1990 with the first parcel and has grown to 350 hectares. The farm has gained increasing recognition in recent years for its light yet characterful coffee lots. This lot combines the subtlety typical of its processing with comfortable chocolate notes, featuring flavor profiles of chocolate, caramel, and red fruits.
