This single-farm micro-lot is sourced from Finca La Bolsa in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Grown at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,600 meters, this coffee is produced by Maria Elena Vides. It undergoes a black honey process, which leaves most of the fruit mucilage on the parchment during drying to enhance sweetness. The resulting cup offers a complex, candy-like profile with distinct notes of vanilla, cherry, and raspberry, reflecting the unique terroir of the region and the Vides family's commitment to quality.
