This coffee is from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, specifically from the San Martin Cuchumatanes highlands. Produced by Todos Santos, a women's collective of 276 small producer farmers called "Mujeres luchando por un mejor futuro" (Women Fighting for a Better Future). The coffee is grown on individual smallholder farms perched on mountainsides between 1700 and 2100 meters above sea level. The climate is cool and often cloudy, with a long temperate season that slows cherry maturity. The harvest takes place between mid-February to early May. The coffee uses washed processing and features Caturra variety trees.
