This natural-processed coffee originates from El Aguacatal farm in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala at 1675 meters elevation. The coffee is made from Caturra variety beans. The natural processing involved 22 days of drying in full cherry on raised beds in partial sunlight under greenhouse conditions with 70% ultraviolet ray deviation. This coffee won the Anacafé One Of A Kind Auction.
