This is an organic green (unroasted) coffee from Peru, South America, produced under the Pacha Mama brand. Made from 100% Arabica Caturra/Catuai beans, the coffee cherries are hand-picked, wet-processed, and sun-dried. The green beans are cold-ground. With flavor notes of herbs, hay, and meadow, it is reminiscent of herbal tea and contains less caffeine than roasted coffee. Certified organic (DE-ÖKO-037 Peru-Landwirtschaft). Packaged in 150g.
