A blend of coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia, grown at altitudes of approximately 1730–2250 meters. Varietals include Purple Caturra (Colombia) and 74111 Heirloom (Ethiopia). Processed via washed co-fermentation and washed methods. Roasted to a medium level, with tasting notes of watermelon, jasmine tea, and rosé.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
