This is Cowpresso's flagship house blend crafted from seasonal specialty-grade coffees. The blend combines Natural and Fully washed processing methods. It features a medium dark roast profile with balanced acidity and a rich, bold body. The flavor profile includes milk chocolate, muscovado, macadamia, and dried fruit notes. The blend has been refined since 2017 with fresh crop specialty-grade coffees to maintain consistent flavor year-round. It performs well for both espresso and brewed coffee applications.

Cowpresso was built in 2017 by a group of self described passion led artisans: an over caffeinated barista, an ardent roaster, and a photojournalist united by the goal of making specialty coffee approachable, affordable, and sustainable.
