About This Coffee

This is a single origin coffee from Mount Elgon in the Kapchorwa region of Uganda, grown at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level. The coffee is processed at Kapchorwa Washing Station and produced by various small-scale farmers. The varieties are SL14 and SL28, processed using the natural method. The coffee features a rich and full body with flavors of dark berries and milk chocolate, along with a fresh, vinous aftertaste. It is grown in naturally shaded plantations with abundant rainfall and fertile volcanic soil from the extinct volcano Mount Elgon.
