About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Ginimao Estate, located in the Bababudangiri range of India’s Western Ghats at an altitude of 850-1125 meters. The S-795 cultivar, which features genetic lineage from Kent and Liberica, is selectively hand-picked and processed using a yeast-inoculated washed method. After an 18-hour controlled dry fermentation, the beans are mechanically washed and dried for 15 days. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of tangerine, coriander, and white tea.
