This honey-processed coffee comes from the Giku hill in Burundi and was processed at the Ninga washing station. Located at approximately 1,900 meters above sea level in the Kayanza region, the Ninga station supports local coffee-growing communities. The flavor profile is classic for the region, featuring notes of oolong tea and red berries, complemented by a tropical twist reminiscent of lychee.
