This coffee comes from the Gerba Dogo washing station in the Bule Hora district of the Guji region, Ethiopia, grown at 2100–2300 meters above sea level. Produced by Shonora Coffee, it is an Heirloom variety that undergoes washed processing with 72 hours of fermentation and 12–15 days of drying on raised beds. Harvested in December, the coffee offers elegant and clean flavors with floral notes of jasmine and lemon.
