Bocca is one of the pioneers of the specialty coffee movement in the Netherlands, founded by two brothers. They were among the first to focus on direct trade and to roast coffee with a lighter, more nuanced style. Their philosophy is rooted in quality, sustainability, and a deep respect for the entire coffee chain, from the farmer to the final cup.
