This Mundo Novo coffee is produced by the Casa Almeida Barreto family estate in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil at 1200 meters altitude. Processed using the natural method, this coffee offers a creamy and syrupy body. The flavor profile features distinct notes of Nutella, vanilla milkshake, and ripe yellow plum. This lot is sourced from some of the oldest trees on the farm and is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
